PRODUCT FAMILY STANDARD FOR AUDIO, VIDEO, AUDIO – VISUAL AND ENTERTAINMENT LIGHTING CONTROL APPARATUS FOR PROFESSIONAL USE – PART 1: EMISSIONS

The German translation of European Standard EN 55103-1:2009 is contained in this standard. For the emission of audio, video, audiovisual, and entertainment lighting control apparatus for professional use, it establishes limits and methods of measurement. Additionally included are digital equipment and component parts. There are 5 operational environments that are defined for the equipment that is covered by this standard. The frequency range covered by this standard is 0 Hz to 400 GHz, although only the frequency ranges in which the requirements are defined must be used for measurements. By making appropriate product family standards references, the measuring techniques are replaced. The methods for measuring magnetic fields in the frequency range of 50 Hz to 50 kHz, the inrush current, and conducted disturbances at telecommunications and network ports, among other things.
